Increasing consideration with Jacksons of Yorkshire
Since 1851, the Jackson family has been producing bread from its bakery in East Yorkshire. Today, it’s one of the UK’s favourite bakers, with nationwide distribution.
Eat and Green founder, Julia Cross, was enlisted to support Jacksons of Yorkshire’s aim of increasing consideration, acting as an extension of the busy in-house team. We devised a bespoke measurement framework, set up a comms function for the brand, devised a creative campaign and recruited partner agencies. It resulted in:
